After the renovation, the environment is much cleaner and more comfortable. The food is nice, and the presentation is well done. A special mention to the waitress, who was very friendly and helpful, making the dining experience even better. One small suggestion regarding the interior: the fan placed under the lighting causes a blinking effect, which can be a bit distracting. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to dine and worth visiting.

After a long journey, we arrived here feeling absolutely famished. Without much thought, we quickly ordered our lunch to go. Since the takeaway meals lacked the usual plating, we completely forgot to take photos before digging in. In no time, our hunger took over, and we devoured the chicken rice without hesitation. By the end, only a few 'siew bao' and some honey charcoal char siew remained, so I took a quick photo, though it wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing. Apologies in advance if it’s not visually appealing! The siew bao leaned on the sweeter side. Nowadays, most places reduce sugar content for health reasons, but these had an authentic, old-school flavor. The pork was fresh with no gamey taste. The sweetness was fine for me, though a slight reduction in sugar might ease the guilt of indulging in one or two more. As for the char siew, it was absolutely delicious. Even the fatty parts were incredibly fragrant and melted in my mouth. I usually avoid fatty cuts, but this was an exception, it was just too good! The flavor was similar to Cantonese or Hong Kong style char siew but with a slight twist. Regardless, each style has its charm, and both were well seasoned with just the right balance of savory and sweet. If I get the chance to return, I’d love to dine in and experience the difference of enjoying the meal on site.

Tried their signature char siew curry mee, taste not bad and even had fired pork skin inside. But too bad there was no blood clam which made me feel short of something for the curry mee. Service was fast and environment not bad even though no air con in the restaurant.

Oh my god.. best char Siew I ever had!!!! The sauce is delicious!!! I think I ordered the tenderloin part so it’s so chewy.. I only didn’t like the pork cos it’s kinda dry and hard and nothing special. The sao ji was ok.. not too dry and kinda juicy!!! The duck was surprisingly good almost like ding tai Fong style. Not too hard and dry, juicy and just right. I took away and went home to eat after 4 hours so your experience might be different!! Do expect some waiting time since everybody is grabbing this food

Had a few good selections of meat there. Prices are reasonable for current time. The white chicken was delicious. And the roast duck, and roast pork was superb. However, to my disappointment, as a foreigner, I was not able to communicate well with the waiters, but they are very friendly. Would go again to try other dishes provided.
